Returns

Whilst we’re confident that you will love your Savvi Wear purchase and that it will reach you in perfect condition, we understand you want to know what to do if you change your mind.

 

To return an item please contact us on swsupport@savviwear.co for further advice.

 

You can return your package for a full refund up to 30 days after delivery. All products must be in their original new condition, with all packaging and protective seals intact.

 

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Savvi Wear staff.

 

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to be processed into your account.

NON-US RETURNS: 

If you reside outside of the USA your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. We are unable to take responsibility for these costs so please contact your local Customs Office for further details and advice.

 

Clearly mark your parcel as "Return To Sender" and tick the box "RETURN" on the customs declaration form; import tax duties mean we will be unable to accept your return if these conditions are not met.
