Shipping

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

 

US Shipping

1 - 2 working days with Express delivery.

- 7 working days with Standard delivery.

 

Canada & Mexico Shipping

We aim to deliver orders to Canada & Mexico within 5-10 working days.

 

European Shipping

We aim to deliver orders to Europe within 5-10 working days.

 

Rest of the World Shipping

We aim to deliver orders Internationally within 5-15 working days.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER 

You can track your order using the tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign in to your Savvi Wear account to check your order status.

 

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

During sales or busy periods delivery may be delayed by a day or two.

 

What if I am not home when they deliver?

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

 

Savvi Wear do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

 

Import Taxes You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them in your home country. Savvi Wear cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier, taxation laws in your delivery country and other customs charges. 

  

DECLARATION OF VALUE AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Due to International laws, Savvi Wear states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

  

CUSTOMS INFO

Savvi Wear will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
